Testimonials
“I found this DVD easy to follow and it has helped the women I work with to do something positive for themselves and their babies. I would recommend this DVD to anyone. The relaxation highlighted how important it was to stop for a short time in order to have energy for the rest of the day. I really feel that yoga has lasting benefits for mother and baby”

I’ve been using the Yoga Babes Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth DVD from the moment I found out I was pregnant. It’s a gentle, revitalising and relaxing DVD and Katie is great at making you feel confident and peaceful with the rollercoaster ride of pregnancy. The poses all feel very fluid to me and I never feel strained or unsure of what I’m doing. The neck and shoulder release exercises have prevented my regular headaches so I’m relieved about not having to take any pills during pregnancy. I pop on the DVD before work in the morning to feel closer to my baby as well as stronger and more relaxed in my body and peaceful in my mind.Natalie, from Woonona NSW, 15 weeks pregnant with first baby
I started listening to the post-natal Yoga CD while I was pregnant and when Alicia was born I played it all the time. It was great as Alicia recognised Katie’s voice and settled immediately – so we’d both relax together. We both benefited from it and I found Katie’s voice very comforting and the relaxations always put me at ease.Megan and Alicia, Harbord, NSW
After reading about Katie in the Body + Soul section of the Sunday Telegraph, I simply had to join her yoga class. Three terms on, and I can’t speak highly enough of Katie, not only as an instructor, but also as a caring and supportive woman. Katie’s classes are relaxing for the mind and soul, yet give you that good body workout at the same time. Being a mum to a busy two year old is awesome, but as other mums know, it can also be tiring and full on! Katie’s class gives me that much needed “time out” once a week, and they are something I thoroughly look forward to. After attending the class I “float” home in my relaxed state of mind, often forgetting to put my headlights on. For anyone thinking of joining, just do it. You won’t regret it!

I want to thank you for writing such a wonderful book. I don’t have any close family, and so I needed the nurturing and the support that your book provided. Fortunately a friend gave me your book as a gift and I really related to you and your book. I wish you every success with the book. Whenever a friend of mine announces that they are having a baby, out I go, to buy another copy – I think your book is the best baby shower gift!!
