Yoga Babes is still going stong - now in our ninth year!

We're really proud of our DVD and two CDs, as well as Yoga on the Plateau and the ever-popular pre-natal yoga classes which Katie runs on Sydney's Northern Beaches (for details click on the 'Classes and Workshops' menu button).

Youngest child Leo, born in December 2007, continues to grow and is very active. He gets plenty of brotherly and sisterly love from Lucas and Indi!

We've also started our unique workshop - YOGA BABES FROM HOME!
So instead of lugging your baby, nappy bag and bulky pram to inconvenient classes – we come to you! Just get together with some friends and we'll teach you how to massage your baby, some simply baby yoga moves and develop an easy-to-follow exercise program for new mums - all in the comfort of your own home.

We are aiming to run several workshops for teachers. Please register your interest by sending an email with your name and contact details and which workshop you are interested in, and we will keep you posted:
